Constipation during pregnancy
If
you have constipation during pregnancy, you can try the
following folk tips, before going to your doctor for
“professional” treatment:
(1). Honey
Material: Honey, 90g.
How
to use: Mix the honey with hot water. Drink it every morning.
(2). Banana
Material: Banana, 4 to 6.
How
to use: Eat the banana within one day.
(3). Apricot kernel, walnut kernel, black sesame
Material: Apricot kernel,15g; walnut kernel, 30g; black sesame,
30g.
How
to use: Mix all material, grind into powder. Add into water,
bring to boil. Add brown sugar to eat the soup.
If
you have constipation after baby delivery, you can try the
following tips:
(1). Fresh human milk
Material: Fresh human milk.
How
to use: Drink the fresh human milk, one cup in the morning, and
another one in the evening.
(2). Honey
How
to use: Drink honey before meal, one to two tea spoon, three
times a day.
