 Liquor

You may use liquor to solve some of your health problems. Followings are some of folk tips (Folk medicine tips) used by Chinese in China for years and years.

The tips may or may not replace your professional treatments. You may try it if you have no time to visit your doctor, have no money to go to him, or if he fails to help you with chemical drugs, or the professional treatments have caused side effects that you cannot tolerate any longer, or you suffer from the trouble again and again while the biomedical system found nothing wrong in your body.

If there are some herb ingredients in the formula and you cannot find it by yourself, welcome to come and check with us, see if we can help you to get it.

It is well known among Chinese that some tips work even much better than doctor's prescription. A good TCM doctor does not and should not refuse to use such “simple” tip for his patients. So many times, we know the tips (as well as the whole TCM) work, though we do not know why it works from modern science point of view. There are so many mysteries around us, even if modern science has tried so hard to understand it.

(1). Bruise, strain or sprain

Material: Liquor, 60 ml; camphor, 9g; fresh ginger juice, several drops.

How to use: Add camphor into the liquor to dissolve. Add several drops of fresh ginger in and mix it again. Smear the mixture on the affected skin. Three to five times every day.

(2). Bite by bee, mosquito or snake

How to use: Smear liquor on the affected skin. Or mix the liquor with several drops of sesame oil and smear it.

(3). Frostbite

Material: Liquor, 30 ml; Chinese prickly ash peel, 15g; fresh ginger juice, 3 ml; glycerin, 6 ml.

How to use: Add the ash peel in the liquor and keep it for one week. Remove the peel. Add the ginger juice and glycerin in and mix it well. Smear it on the affected skin.

(4). Joint pain

How to use: Burn the liquor. Use the liquor (still under burn) to smear the joint.

(5). Skin sour or boil

Material: Liquor and wheat powder.

How to use: Mix the liquor and wheat powder to prepare paste. Apply the paste on the affected skin. Change it whenever the paste becomes dry.

(6). Lower stomach pain before menstruation

Material: Liquor, 500 ml; salvia, 60g.

How to use: Add the salvia in the liquor. Keep for one month. Drink the mixture several days before the period. Note: this tip is mostly useful if the pain is caused by “blood stagnation” in the lower stomach.

Here we mean the use of liquor. If there is no liquor available, you can use wine too.
